Flex Cortical Sheets
Flex Cortical Sheets (FCS) are deantigenated through the enzymatic process named Zymo-Teck®.
This latter is a production process patented by Bioteck spa, based on the use of of enzymes and without the use of chemical solvents.
With this process, it is able to obtain a heterologous tissue that is perfectly biocompatible, while maintaining unaltered the physical and morphological characteristics of the tissue of origin and the components of the extracellular matrix
including bone collagen (type I) in native conformation.

CURVATURE
The curvature of the sheet must be carried
out perpendicularly (dashed line)
against fibers’ path.
FIXATION
FCS can be fixed with pins or with fibrin glue
or similar products
HYDRATION
FCS should be hydrated for a maximum
of 10 seconds in sterile saline solution
in order to exert their flexibility.
